We are pleased to welcome Tina Morris, our new Attendance Support Worker, who will be working with Tiger Primary through the Education Welfare Service (EWS). Tina brings extensive experience in supporting schools and families to improve attendance and ensure every child is accessing their full learning entitlement.

She will be working closely with our staff team and with families to:

• Offer guidance and early support where attendance patterns begin to dip
• Help remove barriers that may be affecting punctuality or regular attendance
• Ensure we meet our statutory responsibilities while keeping the needs of children and families at the centre

Improving attendance is a key Tiger Priority this year, and we are delighted to have Tina’s expertise to support us in helping all children attend every day, on time, ready to learn.
